While becoming famous during the Clinton presidency, Arkansas has been popular with outdoor enthusiasts for many years. With lake resorts like deGray, the rivers, lakes, and woods of Arkansas give adventurers great getaways.
The area has also become popular with the retiring baby boomers, with areas like Hot Springs becoming a mecca for a generation ready to retire but not ready to quit.
